Lynda L. Ghaedi, CRB, MRA, SRES, MA, is the sole owner and broker of 20th Century Realty, an independent real estate brokerage firm incorporated in Florida. She has been in the real estate business for 36 years selling new homes, condos and land in the Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando and Citrus counties.

She has earned through the years many real estate designations and certifications including a Masters degree from Regent University School of Business and currently holds both a securities and insurance license. Currently residing in Spring Hill with husband, Moe, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and walking dogs Andy, Gorgi and Roamer.
