Real Estate School: We provide the Florida required pre- & post-licensing courses for real estate professionals , and many professional development courses. Upon completion of the courses you can expect to have a greater understanding of the real estate profession, its principles and practices.
 Seniors: Lynda L.Ghaedi is a designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist and is trained and educated to help Seniors make decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property, managing capital gains and estate tax implications, obtaining a reverse mortgage, moving to a senior community and other issues important to seniors.

 Leasing/Property Management: We provide complete leasing and/or property management services at reasonable rates for owners of 1-4 family residential rental properties. We know first hand the challenges of managing rental property in today's changing environment and can help you maximize your rents and income.
Here's what you can expect:
- Your property will be MLS listed free & viewed on REALTOR.com, and advertised in local magazines and online papers.
- Your property will be given a professional yard sign and lock box.
- Management will properly screen & qualify prospective tenants at no cost to you and tend to calls, emails and other inquiries.
- Management will conduct move in/out video inspections and written reports.
- Management will perform regular interior and exteriors inspections.
- Management will serve any and all notices within its authority.
- Management will timely collect rent and email notification.
- Management will call for an annual termite inspections (owners option).
- Management will act as your insurance liaison when authorized.
- Management will perform CMA annually or at owners request.
- Management will arrange to make repairs or replacements at owner instruction.
- Management will provide monthly income and expense reports
- Management will provide annual income and expense reports w/1099 and optional tax preparation assistance
- Management will provide attorney prepared leases and renewals.
- Management will file evictions if necessary.
Tax, Financial: Lynda Ghaedi, owner and broker is an experienced tax professional, and currently holds both a securities and insurance license to sell annuities, mutual funds, life and health products. Should you decide to diversify, she works closely with a financial advisor to help you determine what investments are right for you.
Notary: Lynda Ghaedi also offers notary services, 9am to 5 pm, Mon through Friday, appointments may be necessary, current, valid PHOTO I.D.'s always REQUIRED . Marriage ceremonies performed.
